Does sending a request confirm my booking?
No. We first check availability and send a quote. Your journey is booked only when we send a written booking confirmation after you accept the arrangements and meet any payment requirement stated in your quote.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Include your flight number when you enquire. We agree the pickup and waiting arrangements in your quote. If your flight changes or you are delayed after landing, contact us as soon as possible so we can coordinate your pickup.
Can I change or cancel a journey?
Contact us by email with your booking details. The cancellation deadline, applicable charges and refund conditions are stated in your quote before you accept. For an urgent change on the day, please also call us.
When and how do I pay?
No payment is taken by this form. Your quote explains the total, currency, payment method and when payment is due. Review those details and the cancellation conditions before accepting.
